Returns and Refunds:
 

1. Return Policy: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee. Returns are only accepted for unopened products in their original condition.

2. Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
    

Shipping:
 

1. Shipping Terms: Products will be shipped according to the selected shipping method. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method.

2. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from American Graphene are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
